01.TIDINESS
For us, this is the most important part of business. It is based on our personal experience and the requirements we had during our travel. After long-term experience, we have decided to focus on high standard, we provide cleaning ourselves or by our trained staff. This is really very important for us, because we know from our own experience that a hair on a pillow or in a shower can spoil the impression of staying even in a 5 * star hotel.
Sometimes the preparation itself is very difficult, because the time between the departure of guests and the arrival of other guests may be extremely short. We can still assure our guests they always come to a clean apartment with fragrant bed linen and towels. If something goes wrong, we are ready to fix it at any time.
02. COMMUNICATION
Even though many of us plan our journeys perfectly, sometimes there can be situations when a helping hand is useful. Therefore, Veronika and I are ready to help our guests not only during the reservation or the stay but also during the departure. Most of our guests will receive almost immediate answer to their question, request or wish.
We are always ready to offer helping hand beyond our accommodation services.
Sometimes even a small thing can negatively affect you and make your stay uncomfortable. Because of this, you can get an overall unpleasant feeling about Bratislava and this is the last thing we would wish.
03. RESPECT
Zochova 4 - the address of our apartments as well as a place where different people meet. Their diversity is mainly based on their nature, communication style, travel experience and their overall approach.
We tried to furnish our apartments accordingly - we firmly believe that their neutrality will be pleasant for everyone. The world consists of many details, so we believe that we have not forgotten anything that could contribute to a pleasant stay with us.
During the stay of our guests, our role is more or less accompanying. We never exchange more messages with our guests than necessary, but we are always ready to help and advise when our guests need it and we try to meet all their requirements and needs.
04. GOOD IMPRESSION
It is clear to us that many of you will no longer have the opportunity to return to Bratislava and therefore our task is to do everything to make every minute of their stay in Bratislava as pleasant as possible and to preserve the best memories and impressions of accommodation and the city.
If you want to tour the city, we can recommend a few directly for you. If you want to enjoy a good meal, we can recommend several restaurants that we have personally tried. We have high demands on services, environment and food quality, although we are not among those who can regularly afford food in luxury restaurants. However, our opinion is that even in an affordable place run by a passionate owner, the impression can be stronger than in a luxury restaurant.
