What does the lowest price  guarantee mean?

On our website we strive to offer our guests accommodation prices at the best prices under the best conditions. However, if you have found an offer of our accommodation at the same or lower price on any accommodation portal, we will at least match the price, or offer you a lower price or benefit.

How exactly should you go about claiming the best price guarantee?

Email us at citycastle@citycastle.sk, or contact us via whatsapp, viber or iMessage. Don't forget to send us a screenshot of the offer on another accommodation portal, where it will be clearly visible on what date, you would be interested in accommodation, for what number of people, what type of the room and also where it will be visible whether the offer is with or without the possibility of free cancellation.

After assessing the application, we will let you know our counter - offer or the reasons why the guarantee cannot be applied. However, we always try to accommodate and the number of rejected applications is minimal.
